One major reason why I was always self employed and Always will be is that j will not accept the working hours and total sameness with men that we are boxes in although we have our Period every month. We are the RECEIVERS, we give Birth and our whole Hormonal and cykle of body works so diffrent. Our nervous systems need to feel safe on a totally diffrent level.
Hi Lisa =). This makes total sense to me, about how your POV has been shaped by the independence you took. It is mindblowing the sheer determination it takes to realize that the modern definition of ‘normal’ is just a codeword for ‘abuse’. You ROCKED THE WORLD for being able to discern and take decisive action for your own sanity, and for the sake of your ‘babies’. I love this strength you have cultivated! It is absolutely devastating when women cannot take care of their unique bodies and needs… so unfair to Her and Her Family. I have always wondered why men would not fight for women to have what they need. Also… DANG, I can SO relate to this. I have been out from under ‘corporate control’ since 2006. It has been a blessing disguised as torture, but perhaps with better spiritual outcomes. =)
